1. Preamble
The purpose of these Terms of Use (hereinafter “ToU”) is to define the terms and conditions of access and use of the website https://delgineer.com/ (hereinafter “the Website”), operated by DELGINEER.
By accessing and browsing the Website, the user (hereinafter “the User”) unreservedly accepts these ToU.

The Website allows Users to view the catalog of products offered by DELGINEER, obtain information, and, for Customers, create an account in order to make online purchases in accordance with the Terms of Sale (hereinafter “ToS”).
These ToU exclusively govern the use of the Website and are separate from the ToS governing sales.
