At DELGINEER, we attach great importance to ensuring that your orders are shipped in the best possible conditions.
Below you will find all the information you need about the delivery of our products.
1. Delivery methods
Currently, shipments are made exclusively via traditional postal services such as:
- La Poste (France),
- USPS (United States),
- Or any other equivalent national postal service depending on the destination country.
We do not currently offer delivery by private carriers (such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
2. Areas served
We deliver internationally to all countries covered by the postal services mentioned above.
2.1 Temporary suspension of shipments to the United States
Due to the suspension of postal service to the United States, linked to the implementation of new US customs measures, shipments of goods to that country have been temporarily suspended since August 25. We are monitoring the situation closely and working to resume shipments in strict compliance with the new regulations. We hope to be able to restore service as soon as possible.
3. Estimated delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the local postal service.
As a guide (after shipment):
- Metropolitan France: 3 to 4 business days,
- International: 7 to 14 business days.
These delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on factors beyond our control (strikes, customs checks, carrier delays, etc.).
4. Delivery costs
Delivery costs are calculated automatically when you place your order, based on:
- The weight of the package,
- The destination,
- And the current rates charged by the postal service concerned.
They are clearly shown in your shopping cart and order summary before payment.
5. Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
Depending on the postal service used and the destination country, a tracking number may be provided (if available).
If you live outside France, please note that online tracking will initially only indicate that your package has been handed over to the postal service responsible for its international delivery. Detailed tracking will only be available once the package has arrived in your country and been taken over by the relevant local postal service.
6. Delivery delays or problems
DELGINEER cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs services.
If your package has not been received within a reasonable time frame, please contact us so that we can assist you in tracking your shipment.
